Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

We realize life can sometimes happen. Due to Credit card fees and work we put in prior to the event, for example: hand cut your sign, create your stencil, make bows and order materials needed when you reserve your seat, we are unable to offer refunds should you be unable to attend. We have several options should you be unable to attend: you are welcome to pick up your sign & stencil to complete at home, gift your seat to a friend, or we can slide you into a future event as long as the event is with in 90 days. Please see below for details.

 

Public Workshop

No refunds. A minimum of 24 hours notice required to reschedule for another event. We realize that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot.  If you need to cancel or move your reservation you must notify by email 24 hours prior to the event you are scheduled for in order to be eligible move into another class. 

*** You have 90 days to transfer your ticket to another workshop.

Due to the time it takes to prepare the class, NO workshop credit is given for last minute cancellations (the day of) or no shows.

 

Birthday Parties

$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and time of your party. This deposit is only good for the day and time in which you have reserved.
