How To Book A Party

To reserve a private paint party at The Hen House you will need a minimum of 10 party participants. After selecting your party date, and verifying its availability, you will be sent several paint options to choose from. You will need to narrow those choices down to 2 options for your group. Once I have your 2 options, I will set up a link for you to share with your group. Each person will choose their design and pay individually through the link provided. In order to insure adequate time to cut the designs and prepare for the party, ALL participants (10 or more) must be signed up no later than 2 weeks prior to the party. 

If for some reason you are unable to meet the required number of (10) participants 2 weeks prior, the party will be converted to a public event. This will insure that we meet the required amount of participants during our parties.

Drinks and finger foods are welcomed during private parties.

The Hen House is not responsible for preparing the party space. As the party requestor, you are required to provide all tables, chairs and any tablecloths if desired or needed.  

In order to adequately accommodate guests, you should allow for 3 people per 6 foot table.
