Upon mutual consideration of both parties, I release The Hen House from all liability relating to injuries or property damage that may occur during one of the sign parties or after due to hanging error. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold The Hen House entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or damage incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I acknowledge the risk involved working with wood and wood related products, nail guns, nails, sanders, sand paper, drills, screws, wire, paint and oil based stains may be used during the parties. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries or any allergic reaction while engaging in this activity.
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
We will take pictures and /or video during the workshops so we can share the experience and final products on social media and in our marketing and advertising. If you would prefer to not be included in the photos and video recording, please notify the instructor at the workshop. By not opting out, I release The Hen House to share my photos on social media and in the business marketing and advertising.
